After a long stay in hospital I come home to a flat battery..all charged up now but no life whatsoever from pump or starter, obviously the immobiliser is playing silly buggers..where is it? and how do i remove it? PM me please if you consider the answer too sensitive to be broadcast..TIA

It wont be a standard fit, you will need to look for it

On mine the immobiliser only affects the starter and ignition, but allows the pump to run (for a second, of course). Yours may be different, but if it's the same the problem may not be the immobiliser.

It will almost certainly be spliced into the loom at the steering column, and intercepting the circuits out of the ignition switch. If you take the upper and lower shrouds off the steering column the wiring is reasonably accessible. I suggest that you start by checking that you have 12V into the switch. If not, check back at the main power terminal on the solenoid and see if you have power there.
