The door open button switch and associated electrics will be redundant and it'll need a respray but this starting position in terms of price is probably half that of a new one...

I may also replace the 4 Pioneer TS-1203 speakers too but not sure what with.

Assuming money wasn't an issue (in my dreams) what would be the best quality replacements (that would fit straight in)?

what do your Pioneers look like? If they're a bit more subtle than these "Vibe Slick" ones in my Griff I could be interested if you do fit something else.
