shout ATTENTION EVERYBODY!

BYWELL SHOW
Entry is free to displaying classic and sports cars, and their drivers and passengers but you will need an entry pass from me.
I will require your contact details, car make, model, year and registration number at least two weeks prior to the event. I have to submit the list to the Show organisers, who will issue the passes to me for distribution amongst our TVR group PRIOR to the Show. Passes will have to be shown at the entry gate.

Entry for the public is £10 for adults, U16's free.

I am proposing that we give a voluntary donation of a fiver per car to go towards our chosen S Club charity this year. This is still to be decided. Sensible suggestions welcome.

So you may start PMing me your details for the Sunday Bywell Show entry passes,

BEAMISH VISIT
If you want to attend Beamish Museum on the Saturday, you need to purchase your e-voucher from Alison at the TVRCC Office. Available during office hours from now until Thursday 14th June. Note that these discount tickets are valid for one day only ( Sat 30th June ).
If you wish to buy a multi-visit ticket, you will have to buy one from the Beamish ticket office.
Beamish refreshment e-vouchers are also available at £6 each

Edit: Please could some kind souls post these details on their relevant Facebook page/forum/ thingy/ whatever?

Looks like I picked the wrong week to have off work to check the Thursday and Friday routes

Looks like they include blocked roads.

Just to let you know I took this week off work to have a run out and check the routes I have put together for the gathering. readtype

Needless to say this did not happen as I have not ventured out as I don't have a tank

I'll check the roads in a couple of weeks time driving

Replied & details noted.

All those that haven't yet done so, please PM me. I need your car details: Year, Model, Reg. No., plus your address if you are only attending Bywell on the Sunday, so that I can post your entry pass. These will be issued a couple of weeks before the event.

Please note that the free pass applies for display vehicles and their drivers only:
Support vehicles / daily drivers are not eligible and will have to use the public car park area.

Tinks has informed me that the Bobby Shafto Camping website states that their pitches are fully booked, but there are still 14 of our TVR reserved pitches remaining.
If you wish to join us, please telephone Bobby Shafto Caravan & Camping direct:
Tel: 0191 370 1776 and say you are with the TVRCC group.
I have arranged discounted rates for us, so don't leave it too late. A deposit will secure your place.
