Hi Guys..
Well, that's another TVR off the road..
Insurance have classified it as a category "B" write off..
Just need to argue with them regarding the valuation... I'd struggle to buy any TVR with what they offered me... maybe I should just buy a badge and start building from there..
Just wondering how many people out love Insurance companies?

Oh dear. I take it you didn't have agree value on your insurance cover? Being cat B, you may be offered the car to strip for parts. I don't think it's legal to sell it on in that condition.
From RAC website:
Body shell should be crushed. Signifies extensive damage, although some parts are salvageable. Should never re-appear on road, although reclaimed parts can be used in other road-going vehicles.
It does say 'should not' and not 'cannot.'
I notice some insurance companies (Adrian Flux for one) will insure a car repaired from cat B which surprises me. Perhaps for trackdays only??
