The recess should be 51mm now, I’ll double check though. Looks like the overall dia is close to the fixings so may reduce by 2mm

Looks like I could. Did a bit of research, so these are M075a centre caps, from previous posts on PH look to be 52mm outside, 45mm (or just over) in the recess.

Questions.
What height are they overall
How deep is the recess for the badge
How thick are the tabs

These would take about 5 hours to print each, so more accurate the dims the information the better.

I've already got a couple of spares so would have offered to lend one for copying. But at 5 hours per cap it doesn't really seem like a practical proposition for you to have the machine running all day just for four caps. At least not untill Phillpot has capitalized his pension pot!

I don’t need any, it was just to help you, but you don’t need any either and there seem to be some about still. I may as well finish the design now, then if they do become short of supply it’s already done. Just need to know how tall they are and the thickness of the tabs (to get the distance from the top where the badge is to the top of the tab which presumably brings it flush with the wheel).

Working on 52mm outside dia, 45.2mm x 1mm deep recess in top.

a: (internal dia top) = 46mm
b: (overall height) 16mm
c: (external dia top) = 52mm
d: (external dia bottom across tangs) = 55mm

Lee, that would be great thanks. For safey, shall we say 51.5 for recess. And 61 for shoulder. Plus shrink outer diameter by 1mm.

It was a force fit into the wheel but that is fine as it is tight. I took the edge off with sandpaper to help insertion!
