Rocker shaft.

How quickly should oil issue from the rocker shaft oil ways on turn over. Pulled the leads and removed rocker cover and cranked for 10 seconds, no sign of oil. Should it take longer?

Thanks for the heads up, the thread was very enlightening. I have recently fitted new cam bearings and It is the left hand rocker that has oil starvation. Looks like i have cam bearing problem as per the thread!! Loads of work.
