Those look like what is fitted on mine, previous owner also had several BMWs so probably got the idea from them.

Put my BMW E30 lenses on last night. They look a lot darker in real life, the orange insert is showing up a lot more. I plan to remove the insert and fit an orange bulb soon. What you think. Personally I reckon better than the originals as they match the rubber trim...

I agree and think they look much neater than the originals... Nice!

Just bought the smoked version for my blue S3c. I'm hoping they'll look good against the dark paintwork. Already sourced the smoked side repeaters, now just need to find a set for the rear. Could be a long wait...

I have the full compliment of smoked on my dark (Isis) blue S3 I think the rears are pretty rare now but make a huge difference IMHO

Does anyone know what type of fitting or connection I need to wire up the Terrano/Maverick indicators? Its a recessed circular design with two small prongs, might be an H7 fitting?

You only use the orange lens and keep the rest of the old indicator

Just to add a tiny bit more. Here are pics of the original LDV units, fitted with BMW E30 slightly smoked lenses (works OK with my dark green car), and with Toyota bulb holders (cut back bulb 'tube' by 7mm)! A right mix of makes! Works for me though, good quality lenses, cheap and easy to get.

Thought I would add to this thread although there may be something more recent.

Is everyone aware of these
http://www.mlperformanceparts.co.uk/product/flashe...

Has anybody used them as they are similar but not original?

Price does include whole unit and as cracked lens usually leads to bad reflector/bulbholder then this will be important to many owners. Although I have BMW lenses I had to do a lot of work on the units.

They look very similar to the maverick ones I fitted to mine. If you see the FAQ all the options are on there

The image on Neils website will expand. It is a unit manufactured by Valeo. Anybody recognise it?

It's the Ford Maverick / Nissan Terrano II unit made by Valeo (p/n 6R01472).

The electrical plug on back is different, easily changed if you get a second hand one or wire in using spade connectors, but the TVR plug won't fit if they are terrano or maverick ones
