Hello all,
I was really glad that Sunday worked out for all. It was a great pleasure and privilege to lead that many fine looking S's up the road and to see that many in 1 place at 1 time.
As for the drive after lunch it was purely thought about at the time and much thanx to my friend Sharon who lives locally and came up with the route under great pressure from those of us who thought it would be a shame not to...
It would have been really great to have got everyone round one table for lunch and maybe we can arrange that aswell. Although it won't be possible to do this at The Wheatsheaf.
I would happily arrange another meeting and would spend a little bit more time to come up with a venue where we can all park, a pub we can all get together in and a run in the sun afterwards.
I was thinking about organising a meeting for every 3 months, although this would mean a meet in February and what level of attendance we would get would be debatable, what with weather and winter lay-ups. Maybe sometime in March or April.
Thanx for your comments and now I look forward to any suggestions.
MHibbins,
Your daughter should be well into the TVR by then and you can bring her along too !
Cheers
Mark

I am totally gutted that I was unable to attend on Sunday with my S2, I had been looking forward to it for weeks.
Unfortunately found a nice rusty 2" whole in my trailing arm last week and thought best not to drive it too far until new ones are fitted......another bill!!
It will however, make me more determined to get the most from my new improved s2 once its back on the road & I will be at the next meet.
Well done for organising it

It's all your fault John, it sounded so good following you through Marlow and catching the first lot up after the plonker in the hatchback finally moved over out of the way.
Cheers, JSG (also John with S3)
Johno, well done on an excellent meet.
Everyone else, thanks to you all for proving to my girlfriend that not all TVR owners are saddo's! It was a pleasure to meet you all and put faces to (nick)names.
Got a bit excited on the way home though....... the plod were not impressed with my winning smile when they pulled me over in Datchet.
They must have liked the car; they let me off with a wagging finger and a stern rebuke!
See you next time.

P.S. Really want to see those pictures.
