highest and lowest mileage "S" models

just wondering whats the highest and lowest mileage for a "S" series car.
mines 16,000 on a 1991 J plate.

No smoke, burns no oil, sounds wonderful ...drives superb (it had done 70K in the first 3 years as a co car ! )

when I was 'S' Shopping,I looked at a 13,000 mile 1990 (H)but the guy wanted too much money.

ayou might find the bulb holders and plug connectors have corroded up. just replaced mine.dirt cheep to do all parts availible from ford,bulb holders are £6ea and plugs £2 all plus vat

Saw a beautiful V8S at Zolder with something like 6000 Km on the clock, absolutely immaculate. Mine's a bit more dog-eared after being enjoyed for 95k very hard miles.

I have an S1 1988 with 37k with all the Bills to support the miles - must be good for a winner on an average basis.

1990 H-reg on 82K miles. It tends to get used when the weather is too bad for my motorbike or I can't be bothered to suit up. Subsequently it's quite dirty and invariably smells damp.

84,000 on my '89 F plate S1.5, done 30,000 miles in it in 20 months.

Just got back from a trip to Honfleur for 4 days chasing 2 cerbies and 2 wedges and she never missed a beat !

I have seen a mint condition s1.5 on an f plate at WLA's for a 6000 mile service with only 3200 miles on the clock !!!!!

Sad isn't it. But it was in wonderful condition, obviously !!
