boiling engine part 2

i got a new one from tms and it still overflowed! so what next???

First things first, how much was the new one and could I buy/borrow the old one for a pattern?.If you fill the tank to the top and the car spits the water all over the place then I imagine the car is finding it's own level, (mine does this) I used to fill it up every time and it just spat it out, if the car is running ok and not overheating then this may be the cause (this was confirmed by a ex TVR dealer based guru!, no names!).My car has had all new hoses rad the lot and it still does it and runs fine, some do this others don't
