i believe my car to be running to rich, can this only be altered by a garage as is all electronic??

You can adjust the airflow meter bypass valve but it's probably better to just take it along to a garage and get them to do it, if you want to have a go yourself however, I have the details here (somewhere!)

P.S you will need a co meter to do this and you will need to balance them
