Exhaust Baffles.

The exaust system has generated a nice rattle. It is fitted correctly and clearts the bodywork and it is clear that the noise is being generated internaly.

Can this be repaired - or is as a fear a new one?

It is Stanless steel by the way.

You've got baffles in your exhaust.. !! surely you just want to remove them entirely

If its a stainless system it should come with a guaranty. Has your car got cat fitted, these rattle like mad when they are shot.

Mine did exactly that. Once I got it off te car you could up end it and them run from one end of the prebaffle to the other and back again.

Forget repair, and you'll be lucky to find anyone who wants to cut out the prebaffle and replace with traight pipe or another baffle.

Resolution - do like me and have no baffles at all. But it is loud !!!
