Self-Service Jet Wash East London

The BP station on Seven Sisters Road over from Finsbury Park has a small jet wash area. I'm yet to give it a go but seems to offer the essentials.

Hi guys, bumping this thread. Shell Wick Lane does not have a car wash anymore so just checking to see if anyone knows of any self serve car wash bays around Stratford area?

You could try the wash bay at Sainsburys in Beckton

I went to the Old Ford Shell this morning to find that they'd removed the jetwash.

So I took the advice here and went down to Tescos at Surrey Quays to use theirs - which has also now gone.


Does anyone have any good spots they'd like to share?! I'm near old street but can travel a little. I miss my Saturday morning quiet time washing my own car.

Miles away from you, but the shell near the large Sainsbury's in Kingston is only one I know with a jetwash.

I've mentioned it here before but the Texaco by Vauxhall has 2 jet wash bays and a reasonable parking area next to them for drying/polishing etc. Most weekend mornings you'll find guys cleaning some nice cars down there.

I've started using the BP up near Finsbury Park, not too busy and I was fine to just use the jetwash, hand wash the car with my bucket and then theres a road you can park on post-wash to dry and polish the car, would give it a thumbs up if anyone else is looking.

As I live in Bromley now I drive over to parkfoot near Maidstone. You pre pay for credit on the app, and there's several jet wash bays to use.

Worth a visit if you're out on a hoon.

Also, maybe try a Tesco petrol station, because a number have jet wash for £1 (2.30 minutes)

i live in Hertfordshire and after trying to find jet wash stations this weekend, i found two. One at a Texaco and the other at a Gulf.

Conincidently both were not working, but the offer of a wash'by'hand service around 100yards away at one or on the forecourt adjacent to the machine at another smells to me like these are being 'cut' for certain reasons.

why unlike the continent where there are multiple locations (in some countries law) in the UK there is a distinct lack !

anyone know of any within Hertfordshire please say.
