Track wheel / tyre storage - London

I am about to buy a track car which comes with 2 sets of wheels and tyres (one for road, one for track), but realised I have a small problem - I have nowhere to store the second set of wheels / tyres!

Does anyone have any ideas as to where / how I could store these relatively cheaply? I am based on the Isle of Dogs in East London. Self-storage units are 20 GBP a week, so that is out of the question.

Get some sheet glass cut and use them as a coffee table

That is indeed a back-up option, but I don't have a hose or any way to clean brake dust off the wheels.

My mate rented a garage in Southwark for £31 a month, if we get 1 more person it would be £10 each a month for storage...

I want to get a set of winter tyres & rims and need similar storage.

Thoughts?
