Lock ups Blackheath and SE London

Hello all,
Recently moved to the Blackheath area of London and finding it incredibly hard to find a lockup in the area (I know, not surprising), without even mentioning prices.
Anyone in the area or have any useful suggestions? (Already tried council, and I imagine I am on a miles long waiting list at the moment).
