Good exhaust specialist for little mod

I recently acquired my very first AMG car (CLS 63)... an amazing vehicle and while it is in the workshop for general maintenance and few pro-active adjustments, I was thinking of removing a resonator for added 'sound' / raspiness that it would provide.

With that in mind, I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions/recommendations for a reputable shop that could do the work (London area)?
