The shows I know of this weekend are

Volkspower at Redcar Racecourse Saturday and Sunday (Sunday is busiest day)

Witton Castle classic car show on Sunday

And although not quite in the North East, Newby Hall Classic Car Show, the biggest and quite possibly best show I went to last year

Not sure of any on tomorrow in the North East. A bit further afield is the Yorkshire Festival of Porsche at Lotherton Hall for any of you Porsche owners

Let's not forget the OK Diner meet on Tuesday 8th. Rods, Yanks and Customs! Performance/Supercars are welcomed too from what I understand!

Sunday is the day for all of you north east Porsche owners to get down to Witton Castle for the annual Porsche Show 10-4. You don't have to be a Porsche club member to go on show just a Porsche owner. Even just pop down for an hour and meet some great people!

Swainby, despite the horrific weather, was fantastic last year some lovely cars. I'd definitely be there this year if I wasn't going to Tenerife tomorrow.

Retro Classic Car across he road also had their open day on the same day as the show last year, not sure if it's the case this year but if it is they are worth a visit

A couple from Whitley Bay at the weekend.

Looked amazing in the flesh.

Given a thread on how much one of these sports was going for on eBay I thought it relevant. Not seen one since my mates brother swapped his GTE for one back in the day. Not sure if this one is genuine as I thought they came on a "C" reg plate, maybe "B" and "C" but not "A". Happy to be corrected on that.

Edited to add, I'm not sure why these are sideways up. They're normal when I view on my laptop!

The reg plate; "A 1.3 Sport"?
Looks like it may just have a private plate.
