BMW service Teesside

Hi all

Anyone know latest on any good independents around Teesside/Durham for a six year old car ?

I know Teesside Autotech, had a bad experience with them recommending replacement of something that didn't really need it.

Heard of Sterling but they don't seem to answer phones or emails, so don't know if they are even still trading ?

Anyone else who can reset the iDrive, identify what else it needs from the key etc
