Anyone going to this?

I went the whole weekend last year and it was excellent.

I may have to go on my own so it would be good if I could meet a few of you up there.

Any TVRCC gatherings happening?

It was certainly a good turn out for the GT racing in the Spring. Would be good to see you all again.

We'll be there on the Sunday. Just been given exec passes by a customer (corrupt gifts - don't you just love 'em!)

Let's arrange a meeting nearer the time

Sounds like a bloody good idea - think I'll toddle along too if I can get anyone else to join me.

Sunday only I guess.

Hope to see you there.

Will be there Sunday. Not sure about Saturday as we'll probably be picking the car up from Webbs as the factory can't supply the leather in time (CCJ's apparently).

Still waiting for Barry to decide whether he's going - Marcus can't make it - he's sprinting at Aintree (hopefully not over the jumps!)

Anyway the plan is 9am at the Shell services just after the A6 Derby turn on the A50 eastbound.

Invites open to any PHers too

Cheers

Seems I have a couple oo mates after all so will definitly be going now - which will be nice. I'd hazard an eta of about 10ish - should be ok I guess?

I've never been to Donnington before any hints as to where to (or not to) park?

I'm assuming of course that we can pay "on the door"?

Hints for getting there (but don't tell anyone else)
when you come off the M1 if there is a queue on the road running past the airport, take a right at the small island then head left, so your running parallel with the traffic jam, you end up coming past DHL and joining the queue just before the entrance to Donington Park
Then when you go in the entrance head right round the front of the museum as they will probably using the Copice tunnel entrance, as for where to park once your infield, overlooking cranners/old hairpin is popular, but as the weather looks like being nice parking anywhere and having a walk round is probably the best bet
