hello the midlands

well im actually from bristol but i just started at coventry uni this week doing my engineering degree, so i thought i'd say hello to the masses in the midlands!

Hi Charlie! Welcome to the Midlands! I'm from Weston-super-Mare, but have lived in Nottingham for sixteen years. I actually went to school and college in Bristol for nine years.

I hope you enjoy your time in Coventry. When my mother came to live in England she lived in Coventry and worked in the Humber car factory where she met my father. They have been together for over fifty years. I also think Coventry is great because it gave birth to The Specials.

I guess they didn't like it much though.

The first time I tried to negotiate the Cov ring road I nearly shat myself. Lanes just disappear.

My parents met there in the late forties. My mum came to England in 1947 on her 21st birthday, and on her own too My mum says that she wouldn't recognise it now as of course it was transformed after the Blitz.

welcome to the midlands. Good luck in coventry !!my ex bird did a her law degree there, she thought it was a top place, she moved from Plymouth to study there!
