Are we sticking to the 3rd Tuesday or throwing out another date to suit? I'd be happy to go to the Bull's Head (Belper)again if that's convenient for most.

It's such a shame the Black Bulls Head in Belper doesn't have a larger car park. Really good booze!

Bulls Head at Belper Lane End is good for me on the 3rd Tuesday though.

Bertie, I see from another thread you've bought a new prancing horse. Any chance it will be along? I've a massive soft spot for the FF smile

Hope you enjoy it btw.

Not sure if I'll have it by then, but if I do I shall come in it.

As I keep on saying to everyone, especially my wife, I'm just swapping the Bentley convertible for a sensible family hatchback biggrin

I'll be up for the 20th!

There's also an M3 meet in Papplewick, Notts, on sunday 18th Jan at 12pm, for those that are free - All cars welcome!

Thursday 15th is my 2CV club meet at the Bulls Head, I'm sure exotica would be welcomed, but would bemuse most of the 2CV'ers biggrin

Tuesday 20th is Pistonheads at the Bulls Head smile

(As Jimmm says, shame the car park at the Black Bulls Head is not up to it, best pub ever!)

I have permission to come on the 20th. Anyone want a lift from Derby?

Is the M3 meet a regular thing? I've just brought one but can't make this one due to a family birthday.

Is it easier for anyone to do this on a Sunday afternoon? Just putting it out there.

Probably, but we'd need another venue. The Bulls Head is heaving on a Sunday with families having Sunday lunch, kids, relatives, car park full, no tables spare etc. It's a popular pub.

Fair point. Maybe we should carry on with this month's on Tuesday 20th and look at maybe doing a Sunday for the next one. If we're going to do a Sunday meet we should try meeting at the Grand Prix Collection then going for some food.

Get yourself on m3cutters forum, there tends to be a bigger meet every few months, there's about 20 M3s down for this one at the mo, plus a few other cars!

There is a cafe there. Always thought theyve missed a trick by not showing f1/ endurance racing on tv screens. Would be a good destination for racing nuts during the season

I'll suggest it to the guy I know who works there. I've always fancied going to something like that.
