I've been there a few times with Club Polo as they do an annual rolling road day there and I think their dyno would be a better random number generator. I ran one car that went from 150 to 175 to 210 after 4 runs and the only changes seemed to be the guy playing with the laptop for the dyno machine (on other dynos it makes 220-230hp). On the same day other cars were making 10-15% more power than I would expect them to with no changes to the dyno settings inbetween runs.

Powerstation in Tewksbury seem to have a good setup, I've run a 3 cars on there which have made pretty much bang on what id expect based on the engine specifications.
