Just north of Nottingham is Paint Chip Techniques Ltd in Mansfield who have an excellent reputation for high quality work at very reasonable prices.
Address is 15 Victoria St, Mansfield, NG18 5SU.
They respray everything car related, whether it be a high end Ferrari, Aston Martin or Porsche, or something a bit more down-to-earth.
It's a family owned business with a great team of lads, ask to speak to Joe or Ian.
Phone number is 01623 422123
BTW, I have no involvement with the business and only speak from experience as a customer having had a mundane Yaris front wing and a few other bits resprayed by them after it rolled down the drive at about 3mph into a wall. I also know a young lady who had the front end/wing of her Ferrari repaired after she misjudged the entrance to the garage. Repairs and resprays on both were to a very high standard.

Called them but no reply. Left a message but they haven’t phoned back.I am sitting outside their unit as I write this (3:15pm). It’s locked up and the neighbour tells me they go home every day about 2-2:30.
I probably need one that is more open for business!

Or they saw a shonky Range Rover pull into the car park with a dodgy bloke at the wheel, and they all hid.
They bloody did it yesterday too, but I spotted them coming back from the sandwich shop and confronted them. They’ve given me a high quote though, so you probably aren’t far from the truth.I am sure I heard one of them shout “pucking fikey” as I pulled off. Any idea what that means?
I think ‘pucking fikey’ means they have the measure of you and don’t even think of pilfering the lead from their roof.
Anyway, may I suggest you try https://www.drbodyshop.co.uk
They have some great cars they work on and restore, so a very old knackered Rangy won’t phase them.
They painted the roof of my Exige and did a great job (they’re next door to Central Lotus)

I've used this place in Long Eaton a couple of times now and always happy with the work and prices:

MAYFS paint specialists are really good, not used them myself but I know the owner from years ago and have had come across a few people who've used them and been very happy.
