Hi both, Langwith here. Although you'll not know to wave me, plenty of black phase 2 Insignia Sports Tourers out there!!
I’ll wave at anyone!I miss the knowing nod/wave to fellow motorists to show your appreciation of their car.
I enjoyed years of MINI ownership in the past where you always waved if you saw another one. I still give a little wave to fellow Porsche drivers but 99/100 I get no response.

All TVR owners wave, flash or whatever to each other.
Two issues -
1. You look a berk doing it when driving a Nissan X Trail (but then you look a berk driving one anyway)
2. You can go for months without seeing another TVR, then you happen to be crossing the Peak District in your daily shed in late July and 150 come the other way.....
Bloody arm has dropped off and the headlights have fused by the time they have all passed

We're in North Derby. Would be up for a meet, but dont have anything special at the moment
Reading through this thread there doesn’t seem to be many of us that do have ‘nice’ motors these days, (myself included).Maybe we’ve all just grown up a bit over the last 15 years or so, or maybe other things in life take a priority these days, (family etc)?
One of the biggest laughs I had in the old days of PH meets was when PlasticPig organised an in-PH Christmas Snotters Run out in the Peaks where everyone turned up in the biggest heap of junk they owned
