Any private land/. airfields (??) to hire out?

Bit random, but I thought I would canvass the minds of PH Midlands folk...
I know these things probably won't be publically listed or advertised (hence a direct message to me might be more appropriate), but does anyone know of anywhere that hires out their land (suitable for driving on obviously) to private individuals on an hourly/ half-day/ daily-basis, in the Midlands region?
I'm sure they don't do it, but somewhere like JLR's Fen End (very near me) must sit there unused a lot of the time, so why not hire it out? (OK, a big corporate less likely to do so, but you get the idea).
I guess I'm not expecting a deluge of places, but thought it worth asking.
Just for 1 car at a time, not to organise my own mini-track day or race! And either just for me to have a bit of off-road fun, or to take my teenage son for some initial driving lessons.
Any ideas welcome, I'm happy to make a few phone calls to follow-up. Thanks.
