I've had some good spots over the weekend:

Thursday XE Project 8 near JLR's Fen End track, then 2x I Pace engineering cars.
Saturday on the M40 67 plate Bentley Continental followed by a Ferrari GT4C Lusso.
Saturday on the A4300 between Chipping Norton and Long Compton E30 M3 - which was my favourite of all the spots!

On Saturday there was a nice yellow Ferrari 458? by the Memorial Park in Coventry and on Sunday I saw an NSX on the Fletchamstead Highway!
