BIB have BK prefix marked and unmarked on 63 plates. I drive HGVs and have seen a few.
3 series in dark blue with "customer" on J10 slip,Walsall. White 3 series at same location (only white unmarked I've seen anywhere).
Noticed they like to park another new 3 series in silver on either the north/south works access points between J14/15 M6. You won't notice until too late if hoofing it Seen it several times when on the way to Sainsburys at Stoke.
And if I had a fiver for every time I've seen VX12 FEF (silver 530d), I wouldn't be getting up at 3am for a living. Normally prowling the M5, it passed me t'other way in Hanley Swan a few Saturdays ago when in my "reasonably priced" car. Good job I was adhering to the 30 limit before it came into view.
There's another VX12 530d in dark blue that prowls the M5 also, guessing both Worcester cars ?
It passed my wagon at warp factor 6 about a month ago, 5am, flying up the bank from J4 toward Frankley. They had a van stopped in the dip between Quinton and Oldbury, 4 cars in total.

Saw four unmarked cars together at an incident by the asda island minworth the other day and none of them started with BX. Silver 3 series WN13 black A4 audi SD59 cant remember the other two but another audi and beema.
Also a grey audi A4 around jct 8 M6 seeing a fair bit now GU63 VYB

Black BMW, looked like a F10 5 series on A38 just after Belper. FJ12 JVU
Silver alloys. The flashing lights on the rear are integrated into the grey lights which I think may normally be for reversing. Very hard to distinguish from the rear if not flashing. Also the flashing lights inside rear window just under the roof. Rear of car blacked out like many modern BMWs. No model numbering like 530 present.

[quote=Who me ?]Another one for Elroy - VRN of the Audi - I've yet to see a VRN on an unmarked in the midlands that didn't start BX. Possibly there are some, but on this post I see the same VRN popping up from all areas of the Midlands .

I've seen BX on police cars a lot around Birmingham, just blends in with the rest of the B- plates. In Shropshire every police vehicle reg. starts with VX or VU, which is lucky I guess. Makes them stick out as most cars here start with D- something.

Did`nt know that. Would be a bit embarrassing though with a cop and 3 trainees in the car!
Unusual thing happened to me whilst competing on the Le Jog rally a few years back.Had an alternater problem in Edinborough, got it fixed by a very friend garage owner. As this was Sunday morning! The owner advised that our route (dual carriage way) heading to Killing, was regularly used for highspeed training-so watch it!Seemed like good advice so sort of followed it, a bit.
Sitting there90mph empty road, and saw some h/lights behind quite some way back. Not for long, within around a minute the car was alongside, Chief Constable sitting in the back, thumbs up and big smile!!
The guy in front passenger seat indicates that I should follow-you know the thoughts-so we follow, at 125mph to the sliproad we need CClaughing his head off and pointing to the road we need.!!!!
BX58 PLATE. Large silver4x4 ( possibly KIA type). Flashers in bumpers. making full use of police powers to park anywhere-this one was parked across a side street in a main road with no flashers in action, whilst PCSO helped elderly lady from the rear ( as in assisting ,not in an official manner).
There were lots of Plodmobiles on the Redditch Road at Hopwood on Thursday morning, either enforcing the 40 limit or some intel oppo, dunno ?
Came off the M42 heading to Pilkingtons in Kings Norton and there were marked 3 series and a Skoda VRS which lit someone up by the hotel.
Coming back an hour later and there's a marked 3 series sat in the recess around the corner from Longbridge Lane, a marked Discovery sat on the M42/ Alvechurch island and an unmarked grey 5 series (VX12 BBE think ?) sat at the head of the cul de sac past the Texaco, defo full of BIB looking toward the Texaco.
Why conceal an unmarked car though and then plant a marked Disco in full view 50 yards further on ?
Got to the motorway island and there's a marked 5 series and Rangie coming around
Got me reminiscing about when the neighbour's BF turned up in his new Cayman one summer evening and took me for a hoon. Classified intel as to what speed he reached on the Alvechurch bypass, but it was between 62 and 162
