Hotel near to Birmingham Business Park

I'm looking for a cheap and cheerful hotel to stay in this coming Monday night. I have a meeting in the Birmingham Business Park first thing Tuesday morning and I want to be as close as possible to it. I've never been to this neck of the woods before so the last thing I want to is to get lost and end up getting there late.

Normally I'd use a B&B but I won't be arricing until about midnight and I think it is a bit cheeky to ask a proprieter to stay up for me if I am only going to be there one night.

Any suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Not alot cheap around there, have a look on the NEC's website....

The is a holiday in express very very close, hilton at the NEC and another large hotel supposed to be reasonable - Hilton is just daft money

Thanks. Had a poke about it and choice appears to be very limited and expensive, as you say.

Anyone voice an opinion about the merits of travelling in from a bit further afield? I need to be there for 8am (9am actually but need contingency) - I'm worried that the roads will be an absolute nightmate.

Try the Holiday Inn express, it's next to the business park & about £45, which is the cheapest you'll get around this way!

Bit late now, but Heath Lodge Hotel is right close to BBP (walking distance)... dunno about prices though.
