Any updates on here as this topic hasn’t been updated for a while and the weather is getting better now so hopefully somethings will start to happen.

I used to be on Facebook but aren’t now I know there was a pistonheads group and a “6 and 8’s” group who used to meet and I went a few times. So I miss out on them now.

This is a picture from last year I think the pub was Stafford way. It was a good evening. Lots of nice cars on display and a decent group of people.

The next meet is a week tomorrow (10th May) at The Shropshire in Haughton. This was the venue we last used and has a grass field at the back of the car park.

What date is it happening this month? The pub landlord said he was going to put food on next time. Hopefully be a good turnout.

True but the weather wasn’t the best was it. Probably put people off. I know I nearly didn’t go because of it.

Think the big problem is how it is advertised out; as was said previously, if it is a FB closed shop then the numbers are limited as all don’t use it.
Have to confess not been on this part of PH since the meetings moved from The Wharf (really well attended) as I found other venues that were a bit more open.

Any meets planned as I aren’t on fb. We should be having a heat wave this month so hopefully I will get to some meets, work permitting.
