Well its the Bubble Inn meeting on the 13th at Stenson Derby, so that weekend is off really, i'd suggest the 20th June??

What does everyone think?

I'm up for the 13th and combine the two. Meet at Donington Services and cruise in convoy to the meeting

Job done!

Lets not have a load of posts about not being able to make it. If you can't come try harder next time

Agreed, very good idea, that was nice and easy, the Buuble Inn for anyone whose not sure is a car meet at Stenson in Derby, its prodominantly Jap cars but allsorts turn up usually about 40-50 cars but they are enthusiasts and not boy racers. Its set on a canal with a big pub that serves a carvery, lovely place.

I don't have a Car myself, but I'd love to ride shotgun in a spare passenger seat If anyone would be so kind.

I'm back home on the 18th tho, so I can't make a date after that.

Paul.

That's agreed then. 11.00 at the Donington Services followed by a convoy run ending up at the Bubble. If anyone has an idea for a cruise route let me know, other wise I'll try and sort one out beforehand.

Come on lots of people commit!

Past EMA and the race circuit, turn right at Isley Walton, there's a nice fast country road over to Melbourne then, go through Melbourne to Stanton by Bridge, over to Stanton by Bridge and over the pretty 13c Swarkestone Causeway (wide cars breathe in ! )

Left at Swarkstone into Barrow on Trent then Twyford, then right into Stenson.

The only thing that worries me is that if you read the above site, it says there was something like 1000 cars there last meet, and that by 11am the place was jammed / immovable ?

Is the parking all on that field ? Is there problems getting out again at the end of the day then, if it's that busy ? (i.e. once you're in, you're in and surrounded by cars ?)

No, parking is usually well organised, so blocking in is not an issue, but even if you are people will move for you.

The 13th is the East Mid TVRCC meeting, over in Coventry. Shame it clashes or I would have come along.
