I'm bailing out folks, big apologies but I have obtained free tickets for the circus, and as it is my boys birthday on the 16th I can't miss it really.

Many apologies, and I promise to make the next one..

If invited as I have had a poor show record so far.

Oh bugger, just been knobbled by work. Send my best wishes to the Waggon and Horses (and, in particular, to the lamb shank ).

Just a thought, with the dodgy weather and so many people backing out, do we really want to drive all the way to Shepton Mallett?

Just thinking out loud. If the weather is going to good then great. Just seems we're going totally off patch, without anyone meeting up from the otherside of the venue, eg Dorset or Wiltshire.

mmmmmmmm Curry!

I'm going home to london afterwards if that makes any odds.

Could always meet up somewhere bristolish and make a choice depending on the weather.

Moved in, in proper full-time fashion, with Mrs 006 a few months back. Reasons for which are many and varied. Shouldn't be there for too long. just till she sells her flat there and buys something of a decent size in a bearable town (we both hate london (yes i know)) Got underground parking for 4 cars though, result!

Driving of course! i'm not familiar with that other concept. T..... Tr.... Trrr... nope it's no good.

Still working in Cheltenham though, i think i might buy some shares in Shell.

But you're only about 12 years old!

(or am I just getting old?)

Well, make your minds up guys.
I'm bringing the Audi Quattro (even typing it feels goood) so wherever is good for me.

Sorry Daz, First, no not at the watering hole any more - working from a flat in a particularly bohemian part of brizzle these days!!

But might make my way up to a venue to be decided!!!

I won't be wearing a bat man suit, but might be singing derogatory porch songs

Right, so it's still A37 layby at half 7 then? If it is, i'll see you there. Assuming the autoroute directions don't ditch me in some dodgy housing estate as with alarming regularity recently.

Half seven then in the layby at the bottom of Hursley hill between Whitchurch and Pensford.

I'm probably not able to make it. I've got a stack of work to do using a new computer that seems to think it knows best all the time. Best assume I'm not coming - I'll see you if I can get away. Nice night for a drive too...
