Evening chaps,

Anyone know of any abandoned/Derelict Buildings in the dorset/hampshire or similar stretches?

Reason I ask is me and the mrs Learn2MergeInTurn go to old derelict and abbandoned places and photgraph the outsides (and insides where possible) and document them, its been a hobby since I was very young.

Just to be clear were not yobs looking to hammer frozen sausages into the lawns of the builds, smash windows etc.

We have exhausted all of our researched findings and are itching to go out and document next time we are child free.

All help appreciated.

Morning, we've covered alot of the ROC posts and bunkers, some good, some trashed.

With regards to 28 days later, that is a website that alot of people use to find buildings, so you will find a lovely place with lovely pictures, drive all the way there to take your own shots and find it absolutely destroyed by yobs.

Maybe not your thing, but a fire engine graveyard near Bournemouth Airport.

Email me if you need more info.

Something I've done is the Hidden London tours, gets you behind the scenes without any risk.

Hidden London is from this website... http://www.ltmuseum.co.uk/whats-on/hidden-london

It gets sold out very quickly tho.

I'd be interested in seeing some of your photos?

I'd love to go explore more disused buildings, but worry about the legalities etc

Do search for my username followed by the word urbex to find a private album, the password is my username smile

There is no real legalities with this, we have been caught numerous times by police and security companies, once they realise we have nothing illegal on us, not tooled up and we haven't caused damage, they turn very interested.

The landowner could sue you for tresspass but its very unlikely, as most abbandoned derelict buildings either have no owner or the owner is evidently no intrested in the land.

Criminal tresspass is common if you tresspass on m.o.d land or similar.

Sorry to rant on but im passionate!

I'm assuming you're from bournemouth?
If we get a local explore your welcome to tag along

I've come across "Urbexing" and I don't know what people do. Maybe it's to document the history of a place. I've not come across this idea before and only thought people went to disused places to do damage.

You need to have mooch around the old cordite factory at Holton Heath. Right up your street, it will tick all of your boxes. All looks fenced off, however I feel you probably know how to find a way in.... There's gaps on the station side (Holton Heath station). Best explored on a mountain bike, large site, many untouched abandoned buildings and 'stuff'... Post some pics up !
