Please note you must register as I will be allocating parking, and if any issues I will have regs/contact for following up!
Hopefully this will not be the case as in the past 9 years there has been only one "debate".

WITH REGRET DUE TO THE WEST MEON PUBS NEW LANDLORDS BEING AWKWARD THIS MONTHS MEET WILL HAVE TO BE CANCELLED, WE ARE VERY SORRY AND HAVE BEEN WORKING HARD TO FIND ANOTHER VENUE, BUT WITH LARGE NUMBERS THIS IS GOING TO TAKE SOME DOING, WATCH THIS SPACE AND PLEASE SHARE SO THIS POST GETS NOTICED

Difficult finding a car park to take 160 cars plus

With regreat this meeting is cancelled due to not being able to secure a suitable location at short notice.
I am working hard to find a new location that can cater for our needs and will keep this updated.
