What the hell has happened to Southampton? Its gridlock!

Out of phase lights on the eastern side, near the bridge. All bksed heading east. It was fine heading west out of Soton back to Dorset

I work by the stadium and head out West. Normally on my bike but had driven today, it was all the way back into the marina I work in. Luckily I had my bike in the car so rode home and left the car at work. Never seen anything like it.
