Solent Renegades car meets at Port Solent - every Thursday

I've just been alerted to a series of car meets arranged by Solent Renegades:-

The Solent Renegades Car Club is meeting at Port Solent to showcase an incredible array of cars.

Come and join us from 7.30pm in the area between Wildwood and Watermark to re-discover these impressive classics!

Every Thursday between 7.30pm and 9pm you get a chance to check out some amazing motors.

Future Thursday's for your diary are:

• 20th July – TVR’s
• 27th July – American
• 3rd August – Can Am’s
• 10th August – Ferrari
• 17th August – Mini
• 24th August – Best of the Meets

It isn’t really a meet to show our cars as such, the renegades have been asked to provide 15 cars and they’re the themes. So if you want to look at 15 cars of them marques then worth popping along.

There is a bigger meet held on a Sunday at port Solent for everyone to attend although you need to have an American car or an old ford or similar.

Thanks for the info. The details on the Spotted Portsmouth Facebook page were a bit misleading then; made it look more like a car meet.

I got caught out the other week as I’d seen in the paper a car meet at port Solent rocked up and turned away as it was classics but the paper failed to mention that bit
