Hi Chris. I haven't had too much time in the R8 so far, but I'm enjoying a lot more traction this time of year. I think I will miss the sound of the Merc, although R8 is in for sports exhaust on Thursday. Be good to see you mate.

My mate James who you've met that had the other Noble that's the first thing he put on his R8 was a sports exhaust and from inside it sounded like an old school f1 car so it must have sounded awesome from outside I think you will be very pleased see you at the next one

Yeah, they are a little quiet on the stock exhaust.

What exhaust are you going for and who is fitting it?

I'm getting a non resonated Milltek fitted. JKM in Portsmouth are doing it, they have done all my previous exhausts.

Nice, one thanks, good to know there is a trusted exhaust supplier/fitter in the area.

Looking forward to hearing the results

They look after a couple of local R8's as well. Really good company if you ever need anything doing.

Thanks both, that's really good to hear.

Apart from the standard dealerships (where sadly horror stories have put me off using them especially with an R8), wasn't aware of any trusted Audi/R8 specialists in the area so might check them out as needed.

Thanks. Would you mind expanding on the make and model of cars they've looked after for you?

Cheers.

RT Mechanics is Mr Volvo, but has been getting other cars in to work on - he's on Instagram as rtmechanicsltd and has a facebook page smile - I can vouch for him, and does have some happy clientele who have put Porsche, VW, BMW, Audi, Mitsubishi Land Rover through his garage
