New Pub Club Venue

After the last Pub Club date which regrettably was a flop, possibly down too the World Cup, and perhaps the location, had a chat with Wes, and suggested trying a different venue if the popular pub club of the past is too be resurrected .

The suggestion for a trial run would be The Milburys, a nice country pub, with excellent food and location, with a reasonably large car park, and very nice driving roads. Before I progress with setting dates, I need too find out how much interest there would be, so, if you would like to try this one, I will need a minimum of 20 confirmed names too move forward.
If you want too check out the location on google maps, postcode is SO24 0PB. As with the original Pub Club, a Tuesday night.

I think a more central location will attract more people, than just the handful that attend the Ferry Boat. Millburys is good except the miserable git of a landlord. Shame that the West Meon can’t be resurrected, as we had great numbers there and plenty of parking.
Count me in, really miss the pub clubs.

Only 15 mins from me so I'm in. Echo Aly's comment on these. They were so good in their prime (Summer 2015) at the West Meon. Often 100 cars or more and a helicopter!!!

If it's the 24th I probably cannot attend due to a haircut, 7th sounds fine though.

My vote would be the 14th August and therefore keeping it at a regular "2nd Tuesday of the month" type thing. Also gives plenty of time to promote the date and get a good turnout.
