Watch Battery Change Manchester

Hi, does anybody know of somewhere in/local to Manchester that can change a battery on a watch for a reasonable price? I've a couple of watches with dead batteries, none of them worth over £50, which is why I was put off by Timpsons' quote of £25.

I know there used to be a guy in the lower section of the Arndale (the market bit) that does watch straps, maybe he does batteries too. I think my local wants £12, which is why I paid £6.99 for a watch back removal tool so I can do it myself.
