Just wondering what the area is like these days? it looks like Liverpool is on the rise, but does anyone actually want to live there?
Been looking at some of the flats near the centre, Stowell Street, Leeds street, around here are these actually nice areas? Do people want to live here? I will be looking to rent it out in the near future, are these safeish areas for a city? It seems like there's plenty to do and lots within walking distance but is it actually an area where people want to live now or will it be hard to sell or rent out?
