Yep another great turnout of classics of all kinds. Another half a million (or near as) pound classic Ferrari (a 250 GT I think) amongst the regular, "affordable" stuff. Must be the fourth classic (1950s/60s proper Ferrari's I mean not your Magnum PI 80s plastic rubbish:-) Ferrari that's been at this one meet alone, the others being a 246, a 275 GTB and a Daytona. The 275 must be worth a good few million.

Now I know who owns the yellow 250 California that was at last years Ormskirk Motorfest.

Is the one in the above link the same one he owns now (bearing the no. 250 GTS)?, or is that a different car?. I find it strange that it's changed colours many times (yellow then silver and then yellow) considering that keeping a car of that notoriety and value in its original colour would surely be the number one priority.

Would be nice to see that particular car at the Corner House meet, though looking at the mileage on the dvla it doesn't appear to get driven much. The car was spotted I believe at a petrol station near Ormskirk a few years ago, so at least it does the garage every now and againsmile
