Tracker recommendation - Cheshire

Hello - I've been mucked around by a fitter for 10 days and need someone to fit a Cat 6 on something. There is an old tracker which isn't approved on it.

Has anyone any recommendation of someone in Cheshire (Manchester or down to North Shropshire) who is reliable.

Looking at the Vodafone Connect and Protect 6 but open to something else. My insurer is now starting to get concerned I haven't delivered!
