Forest Holidays are good for short breaks but rather you than me using a hot tub in a rental property.

Our neighbours went on a Forest Holidays one last year and the lads in the cabin next to them had literally st in the tub leaving it for the cleaners to sort out next day.

The people who came in after them didn't have a clue.

I've been to Keldy Cabins a few times and not found the issue above. Had two great breaks and the Crompton Brewery is a short walk away from the site.

The reason I wouldn't want to use a hot tub in these places is that you just don't know whether the previous person has used it that way.

I'm a bit uncomfortable about hot tubs with loads of "friends" in anyway.

Not sure why as I have no issue with public pools but hot tubs make me uncomfortable.

Makes me wonder how such people remember to keep breathing

I've been here and loved it. Really stripped back and since there are only three huts and each are very private it feels very much like there is nobody else for miles. BBQ, firepit, bed, fridge, hot tub and gated parking. What more does anybody need?

We use Airbnb for short weekend breaks - you can do a map search and also narrow down criteria including hot tubs, fireplaces, anything really. Some really good finds on there.

This link has a great barn conversion 3 miles out of Harrogate with private parking, garaged too if needed.
Doesn't have a hot tub but does have a pool (table) :-)
