No it's not real time, it can take overnight or longer (the insurer is allowed to send them in batches); ditto police car systems are only updated overnight.

Was it a maroon colour and branded as a 'bandini' or something similar? I keep seeing it coming down our street, always wondered what it was based on. To be fair it looks a tidy job!
