Anyone else spot the Silver Vauxhall Astra (I believe) this morning heading into York on the A1079 down the middle of the road with blue lights flashing in the front grill?

Yep spotted this in Chapel Allerton along side 4 other marked X5s. There was a bomb scare at ca hospital

Wonder if that's the one that started to tale me along the m62, had just joined on the slip road and as moved to l3 it moved too as if they were expecting me to boot it. Pulled back into l2 when I did having hit 75 on the cruise control.... Maybe just me being paranoid but looked odd as it didn't seem to have any reason to move over.
