well the food was excellent, the waitress service was also somewhat remarked upon which i feel will ensure a very healthy turnout on our return next month
and i forgot to take some pics to keep this thread healthy, next time

We managed to get a table ourselves, but apologies for not staying and saying hi, we went for a quick drive out before it got dark!

The meeting for May will be on THURSDAY 4TH MAY, at the Triton in Brantingham HU15 1QE, 7PM Onwards

Given how busy it was at the Triton last time it would be helpful if anyone planning on coming along could add themselves to the list so that I can gauge numbers and reserve us a table for those that want to eat. I'm sure the numbers will be flexible...but always useful to have a rough idea.

Since it's May, the weather will be fabulous so no excuse ! I'll start the list here...

Good to see a few new faces (and cars) there last night as well as the usual suspects. Hopefully we can keep building on this and get even more there for the warmer summer evenings. The next regular meet will be on Thursday 1st June and will once again be at the Triton, in Brantingham HU15 1QE from 7pm onwards. The pub have offered us the use of their second room there so hopefully we can have a bit more space. Plenty of room in the car park so lets see how many we can get to come along !!

For anyone that can't wait a full month, a few of us are heading to a Classic Car evening at Cottingham Parks Golf and Leisure Club (HU16 5SW) on Wednesday 24th May from 5pm onwards so feel free to come and join us.

We're aiming to be at the next meet after going dark for a few years. Will be good to get back out and see if I recognise any old faces!

Lovely evening at Cottingham Parks yesterday with a wide selection of vehicles to look at including a rare appearance of the Lister Storm that resides in the local area !!

Anyhow, just to remind everyone. Next meet is one week today on THURSDAY 1st JUNE and will be from 7pm at The Triton, Brantingham HU15 1QE

All are welcome, including families ! Would be useful if we could get some kind of idea of numbers again so that the pub can forewarn the kitchen as it's a popular venue and if this weather continues it could be busy again.
