East Yorks pub meet - 1st Thursday of the month

I'm not planning on trying to organise any meet until the springtime so we have lighter nights and better weather...easpecially as we were hardly over-run with takers for the last coulpe of months !

Happy to meet up though for food/beer/chat if anyone is interested. Could even try a few other venues to see if they suit better. Open to suggestions on that count !

That’s a few “ifs” there Al !! Weather will be amazing and of course the car will be working

If everything goes to plan I may bring something new (yet old) along for its first outing.

If anyone thinking of coming along though can they please post so that at least I can get some idea of numbers. Even though things have opened up again it’s only fair to give the Triton some kind of “heads up”

I'm another 'maybe' - depending on the condition of cars/bikes etc. I'll try not to pick up points on the way home this time too.....

Due to the general lack of appetite for this I've not arranged anything with the Triton.

I probably won't be able to make it now next thursday anyway and have also decided to take a step back from things and let someone else on here take over trying to get the meets back up and running.

Please feel free to come up with a revised venue/date to suit others and post it on this thread.

Will try to get along from time to time though

Just for absoloute clarity...

No meeting is "arranged" for tomorrow, if anyone wants to go along to the Triton that's totally up to them. Haven't made any booking so will be pot luck on getting a table/food (although hopefully should be OK if only small numbers)

I don't think we used to "book" anything with them. We'd just turn up, get a pint, sit around talking in the beer garden or around the cars and maybe get some food.
