Came across a +/-35 car blat today. Caused lots of problems for everyone that met it.
Why do these people not get that 35 cars in one long line don't work on a single track road?
Please folks, 3 cars at a time max, then we'll all make progress. If you are in a blat, then leave 10 mins between each 3 cars, you'll get there quicker!

We've a group of 4 cars heading up later this week to do the legendary NC500. I'm sure I've done many of these roads before, but before the term NC500 became a 'thing'.
Hopefully the weather forecast which looks OK will happen with overnight or light showers only & who knows, may surprise us all with lots & lots of .
Been warned about pot holes, but told 'the further north, the better the roads are.
We have checked directly with Applecross Inn & been told the pass is definitely open
We have done a bit of research & have a list of places we'd like to see, but happy to hear more suggestions from local experts or those in the know.
Any recommendations as to where the borealis may be most visible if we have clear evenings? We have am overnight on the real north coast, so very hopeful.
Also planned a bit of a morning on one of my personal favourite roads north of the border for one morning before we head home.
So if you see an MZ4, 435d, bright red Mustang & a stealthy grey 911 turbo in convoy, give us or say hi!

If there was a blue bmw m235i at the front and the end that was petrol heads tour... Why do these people not get that 35 cars in one long line don't work on a single track road?

We did this last month (April). Epic.
We did it anti-clockwise.
From Swansea, our round trip in my wife’s TT was 1807 miles in 7 days!
Would absolutely not want to do it any later in the year, especially on the single track stuff.

I agree with you. I would love to do it again this year but I either wait till late autumn or do it again in early April next year.
