Audi R8 Service in Edinburgh or surroundings

My R8 V8 is due a major service. It has a full Audi service history to date and I am loathe to break this but due to poor treatment by Edinburgh Audi in the past I am equally loathe to take it there.

Does anyone have recommendations for a highly respected specialist for the R8 in Edinburgh or close by? I have had a bad experience with Glasgow Audi so won't take it there and Perth Audi is a little inconvenient so thats plan B if I can't find anything decent closer to home.

Just had my r8 serviced by Perth a couple of weeks ago, was the best service experience I've had in a long while. Was very impressed with their knowledge of the car and I will use them again even though they're another 100 miles further than my nearest dealer.

Resurrecting an old thread here, but wondering if the above recommendations still apply for R8 care?

I’m not far from Perth so Perth Audi would be handy enough but any other independent recommendations in the Dundee/Perthshire area?

Hi I have used Autohaus for a few small jobs. Headlight washer replacement, inspection, alignment.

An alignment took 2 visits but over all they were friendly and helpful. They are always busy and have courtesy cars.

For servicing I have ended up using a dealer as the quotes I had from Autohaus were almost 2 times as expensive as Audi had fixed price servicing.
