Hopefully there are still a few of you on here or anyone who travels the road b9002. As you are on the oyne straight just a half mile before you enter oyne traveling towards Aberdeen could locals just take a peek or slow at the houses on your left as I had a suspicious visit today and was concerned it was a recon visit. Black range rover with a missing rear plate asking about using holly from the bush over my wall for his wife to make xmas decorations. I suspect anyone up to no good would have one of those transit flatbed types as you would need the space to take items.
It may have been genuine and I have emailed police Scotland just if they had a car passing to look in on the off chance as well as speaking to my neighbour.
Thanks in advance Mark

On that road most days and also up to Back o Bennachie car park for running so will keep an eye out!

Strangely, last Tuesday night when i was finishing off my run we came across a big 4x4 with a dogs barking like mad in cage in the back driving up the logging road, in all my years i have never seen a car at that time of night heading up there! Somebody asked what they were doing and said they had been asked to go hunting for something by the forestry commission....reported it but heard nothing back!

I spotted a car coming up our drive last night, by the time I got my boots on to go check it had reversed all the way out and disappeared, extra care needed at this time of the year especially if you in a rural area.

The Police have been looking for Hare Coursing crews in the Inch and Fisherford areas. They tend to be rather aggressive & threatening when aproched or questioned, more often than not they will be in a 4x4’s with dogs.

was out running in Inverurie on Sunday night, a police van was loading some ne'erdowells into the back, they'd been trying doors around upperboat. its pretty rife round the shire right now.
