Anyone have any experience of late? My good ladies car has been in for repairs and been palmed off now weekly. Promised on four occasions to have a call returned and still waiting. Rear view camera for evoque repprtedly on back order. Waited a full day and were chased twice during day to be told on collection unsure when camera will be available. Car in for day and not even washed, just the wee things that are annoying. Anyone else had same?

They'll probably blame the disruption from being across the road at the moment, while the new building goes up.
